of Union Station Plaza Associates formed Urban Parking Management to have
better physical and financial control over day to day operations. Urban
Parking Management instituted practices and policies of checks and balances
and computer backup to ensure quality control and tracking of all
transactions. This approach has led to management contracts with multiple
